He is a Registered Patent Agent under the Indian Patent Office, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, and an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of India.

Raghav Ahire is an Intellectual Property professional, inventor, and entrepreneur with 4+ years of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, patent analytics, design registrations, IP strategy, and international filings. As Team Lead – Patent & Design at IP Shastra, he leads patent and design projects, manages associates, oversees drafting and prosecution activities, coordinates client communication, and ensures the quality and timely delivery of IP matters.
His role involves reviewing Complete Specification drafts, FER responses, hearing responses, patent prosecution matters, patent and design filings, technical reviews, project management, associate management, and client advisory. He works across diverse technology domains and assists clients in developing effective strategies for protecting and commercializing their innovations.
As an inventor and entrepreneur, Raghav has conceptualized and developed innovative products and has multiple Indian patent applications filed in his name, covering mechanical, consumer, educational, and industrial innovations. His entrepreneurial experience provides him with a practical understanding of innovation, product development, and the challenges involved in converting ideas into protectable intellectual property.
Over his professional career, he has contributed to 250+ patent specifications, 300+ patentability and prior-art assessments, 30+ FTO studies, 25+ patent landscape, 10 SWOT analysis and competitive intelligence studies, and 400+ design registration filings. Her experience includes patent, trademark, copyright, design, GI and other IP matters, covering filing, prosecution, registration, enforcement and dispute resolution.
She also practices in Civil and Family Law, handling legal drafting, notices, injunctions, property and contractual disputes, matrimonial matters, maintenance and related court proceedings. Her approach combines practical legal strategy with client-focused representation and effective protection of legal and intellectual property rights.
Neeraj Bondre is a Mechanical Engineer and legal professional with over 13 years of industry experience, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Specialist at IP Shastra, Advocates & IP Attorneys.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from DBATU and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SPPU, and is currently pursuing LL.B. from BAMU.

Swamini Thorat is a Team Leader in the Engineering Department with over 3 years of professional experience in the Intellectual Property domain. She holds an M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
With a strong combination of technical and intellectual property expertise, she has gained hands-on experience in patent drafting, prior art searches, and IP prosecution across diverse technology domains. Shreya Tupe is a Registered Indian Patent Agent and Intellectual Property professional with a Master’s degree in Chemistry and over four years of experience in patent analytics, prior-art research, patentability assessment, and IP research, along with experience in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution.
